HASSLE FREE RETURNS

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. For products that are not defective, a handling fee of 10% will be applicable.
  2. You can return your products to Beds Online and receive a refund within 7 days if the product/s has not been used and is sealed in the original packaging and if the the product is not reasonably suitable to your needs
  3. If the product returned, is not in the original packaging and has to be repackaged in the original packaging, we may charge you a surcharge for use of goods and/or restoration costs, should there be any damages to the product.
  4. Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse, a quality inspection will be done. This inspection can take up to 5 working days.
  5. No Linen or Accessories may be returned for hygienic reasons – this includes, but is not limited to pillows, mattress protectors, wraps, toppers, etc.
  6. In terms of Section 44(2) of the electronic communications and transactions Act 25 of 2022, the customer will be liable for the delivery and collection costs for non-defective items.
  7. Beds Online reserves the right to refuse the return of a product where the original packaging has been discarded. If the packaging has been discarded and the return is approved, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are reasonably packaged and protected before returning the product. Damages that occur will carry additional claims against your original purchase price.
  8. Should the customer make use of the 100-Night Comfort Exchange, they will not qualify for a refund.
