Do you have any shops where I can view a product?

We are based online only and do not have any physical stores or showrooms.

I need help choosing a bed

What are the dimensions for your Futons?

The futons sizes are the same as normal mattresses

Single: 91x188
Three Quarter: 107x188cm
Double: 137 x 188cm
Queen: 152 x 188cm
King: 183 x 188cm

Our futons are also available in Extra length, which will be 200cm in length instead of 188cm.

I need dimensions for a Bed Frame

Please contact us via our online chat to get the dimension of the bed frame you are interested in as our bedframe’s sizes differ.

Do you do lay-buys

Yes, we do. We would require a 25% deposit. The balance you will then need to pay off over 3/4 months. Please contact us via our online chat for information on how to place your order.

Do you have stock available?

Most of our stock is ordered directly from the supplier. Therefore, we will have to check the stock availability and lead time for you before placing your order if you require a product urgently. Please email us on info@beds-on-line.co.za or chat to us via our online chat.

What is the delivery fee to PE

We do deliver throughout South Africa. The delivery fee will depend on the product you wish to order. Please contact us via our online chat to confirm the delivery fee.

How much is delivery in the Central Hubs

Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban will be R329 – this fee will be added to your cart upon checkout. Outlying areas will attract a surcharge. Please contact us on info@beds-on-line.co.za or via our online chat to confirm the delivery fee in your area.

What is the deliver fee to East Londen

We do deliver throughout South Africa. The delivery fee will depend on the product you wish to order. Please contact us via our online chat to confirm the delivery fee.

Do you deliver to Mpumalanga?

Do you deliver to Free State?

Can I return Linen?

No, due to hygienic reasons we do not exchanges on pillows and linen.

Can I pay on delivery or Collection?

We do not offer a cash on delivery payment option as we outsource our deliveries.

Can I collect it?

We have collection points throughout Western Cape as well as in JHB and Umhlanga. Please enquire about your closest pick-up point via our online chat.

Should I replace my base when buying a new mattress?

Yes, we do recommend purchasing a new base, as an unsuitable base could affect the warranty of your mattress. Speak to one of our consultants via our online chat to determine if your current base will be suitable to use with your new mattress.

How can I compare my old mattress to the new mattress on the market?

Technology has changed dramatically and has improved over the years. The design, ticking, and manufacturing of the mattress have also been changed with new materials and enhanced support structures. The main components to look at to find a similar mattress will be the support construction, comfort feel as well as the comfort layer or your mattress.

What type of mattress do I buy for Children?

Get in touch with a sales consultant via our online chat for recommendations for suitable mattresses for your child. Factors we consider when suggesting suitable mattresses will depend on the child’s age, weight as well as other factors such as if the mattress will be used for guests etc.

What size mattress works best for couples.

We do suggest either a queen or king size mattress. Especially if you occasionally share your bed with a child.

How Do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, one of our consultants will send you an email with your tax invoice, delivery ETA and any other relevant information. You can email the consultant at any time should you have any further queries.

Will the frame be assembled?

Most of our bed frames are flat packed and very easy to assemble. We do offer an assembly service for bedframes, bunk beds, etc in our central hub areas. Please make a note upon checkout if you require your product to be assembled.

Can I exchange my purchase/mattress?

We do have a 14-night comfort exchange policy on our bed sets and mattresses. Please see link for more info > https://beds-on-line.co.za/exchange-guarantee

How Often should you flip your mattress?

Most of the mattresses currently on the market cannot be flipped, but we advise that the mattress be rotated from head to feet once a month.

What is the difference between a warranty and a guarantee?

Are your prices VAT Inclusive?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Do the prices include delivery?

No, our prices exclude delivery. Our standard delivery fee will add upon checkout. We charge a standard fee of R329 for our hub areas, which include Cape Town, JHB and KZN – unless specified differently in our product descriptions. All other areas will attract a surcharge.
